I spend a decent part of my day perusing food blogs and amassing recipes that I can adapt for gluten-free living.  I tend to continually experiment and update these adapted recipes, adding a different kind of nut here, substituting applesauce for butter (when I’m being “good”) there, or just making do with what’s in my pantry.
